Yes, tell him you're upset. Tell him how you feel. Always be truthful, because that is a VERY important part of any relationship. Still, I do recommend saving special things for when you are older. Because too many people don't, and then they end up regretting it... And I don't want to see anyone regret something like that. But yes, try talking to him in person, or on the phone even, if you can.
