Bad writing, horrifyingly awful fanbase, too many mistakes in the animation (very cheap animation), and they never want to acknowledge the existence of Derpy, just because they're too afraid of a few soccer moms who think she's offensive. Not to mention the fact that Pinkamena is WAY too scary for a kids show.
