That doesn't change the fact that GBA has a much poorer soundchip than SNES. The speakers of the device don't matter. That's like saying the music of SSB3DS is worse quality of the music of an N64 games just because the speakers are worse, even though 3DS still in fact has a way better soundchip than an N64.
