I heard that one guy is making a chip (a cpu or something like that) that uses the Dreamcast's hardware. Except, he is making the graphics, computing, and stuff into one tiny chip. One day... a new Dreamcast can be released in stores. Not a new console, cause Sega ain't got the time and money right now, but a smaller Dreamcast package like the small Genesis consoles from the store.
