i'm really sorry, it's been years since i played this game. and i won't mm3d until tomorrow. but i can try to help you. the great fairy gave you a mask. put it on. then use your mini map to help navigate around town. you screen to screen, when that mask's hair starts moving back, and sparkles start resenating from it, that means that missing fair is in that screen.
