Step and Roll, which was IMO one of the most unforgettable games in the series had some great environments and the later levels were deceptively difficult. Idk, maybe this is just my nostalgia towards Super Monkey Ball 2 but I feel like that game got almost everything right from the mini-games to the levels to the environments and the soundtrack.
