Wolf will be purchasable DLC. Nintendo planned this BS from the beginning. Get people to pay extra for Lucas, Mewtwo, Wolf, Roy and Snake (And IC when Nintendo conveniently Figures-out how to make them playable.) Dr. Mario was put back on the Roster as a tease. Nintendo knew no one (excluding myself) wanted him back, so they didn't bother making him DLC.
