I genuinely do not believe that. After seeing Rosalina/Luma's set-up, I think Nintendo just didn't bother with IC. I know the mechanics aren't exactly the same, but you cannot tell me IC couldn't get in because of issues and yet Rosie and Luma can mirror themselves ACROSS THE STAGE. Again, I know it's not exactly the same, but I still cannot bring myself to believe their excuse.
