All enemies around it will be thrown into a tetris-like room. then, a bunch of blocks slam down, hitting enemy like 20 times, and the blocks fill 3 lines except for an upside-down L shape in the middle. Then, L-block slams down, filling all 3 lines, and they all EXPLODE, launching the enemy.
