Mine is Megaman 3, but not by much. Sure, the hazards in Megaman 2 are more flashy and memorable, but Megaman 3 had better sounds, graphics, "story" (with the inclusion of Proto Man and Rush) and a faster gameplay thanks to the slide. And don't forget the music, which is as good has Megaman 2! Really, the 3rd is the perfect claasic Megaman experience!
