I have no problem accidentally turning off my New 3DS. But I preferred the placement on the regular 3DSXL. Much easier to turn off. Also, I'm really disappointed in the placement of the stylus. I post on miiverse A LOT. So I'm constantly pulling it out and putting it back in. I know it will eventually fall out :(
