Spiderman X Jessie probably isn't canon. Phineas & Ferb: Star Wars was literally confirmed canon. However, Jessie has crossed over with Austin & Ally, Liv & Maddie and Good Luck Charlie. GLC did a Shake It Up crossover once. Jessie also takes place in the same universe as the Suite Life, which takes place in the same universe as ANT Farm. And of course, Suite Life has had....
