@Big M - Jeremy here ;) Of course, you can print your comics but you’ll need a PC or a printer featuring a SD Card reader. Before that, you need to save your pages as JPEG picture to the SD Card of your console. If your page is already in Clean Copy mode, press the X button at the Frame Selection screen (menu where you can choose a frame to edit). From the Storyboard mode, press A to switch to Preview mode and then press X to take a picture. Once it is saved and after you turned off your console, take out the SD Card and use the saved comics as you wish. About the Workshop Gallery, search for [Workshop Gallery Collavier] in a search engine (3DS or PC browser) and it will be the first link to pop-up.
