It takes time. Over the years you'll progress more and more, find an style of art you like and try sketching or mimicing others. My favorite artist was kei and (I admit), I traced and learn a lot through visualizing. IDK, find your calling, art doesn't have to be perfect, it can be however you want it to be. ;) Just takes time.
