its hard for me to relax i always have things on my mind and back in 2013 my ear canal got blockec badly it was so bad i didnt hardly eat i was depressed and for a year i had my head titled upwards to prevent it from closing so i didn't really sleep now im much better but unfortunately i cant sleep lying down i sleep upwards
