Crushing up a pill is a lot better,aside from the fact that when you drink it in something,it can get spread in your mouth,which makes you have to take more than one drink. I always put the crushed up pills in a glass with a little pop and keep the rest in a can without the pills to drink after. Chocolate is awesome!
