If you mean how to get to the dungeon, you have to talk to Medli (the female Rito on the second floor). She'll give you a letter. Give it to Komali, and he'll yell at you. Then leave through the long exit on the first floor and Medli will be there. Talk to her, and the rest should be obvious.
