in all seriousnes NOA is nothing but laziness. why did we have to wait till 2012 for xenoblade and the last story, and 2013 for pandora's tower? when they could've done that back when the pal regions got them earlier. why did they wait till a rew months later to bring the the small new 3DS to the states? when they could've done it earlier, if you ask me they're taking away consumer rights.
