*general, not genera. - lol. I also wanted to add that I can't art... so I guess appearance doesn't have as much bearing for me. I favor simple characters and if they need something to set them apart I embellish their clothing or give them a scar. I tend to focus on one part of their appearance and make it shine, such as eyes or hair.
