Id say Im a okay drawer on paper. The transition from physical paper to digital interface was something to learn but it works great, it automatically fixes your lines (which can be turned off), and you can zoom in 900% and draw like that in order to fix and small mistakes while drawing. So yes its easy and has a few advantages over drawing on paper.
