to elevate, then merge w/ the wall where the Helmasaur King symbol is. If you get that done before the bomb explodes, it will trigger the wall flip and put you on the other side w/ the Master Ore chest. There are similar tricks in the same room to reach secret chambers on the western and southern walls w/ big rupee rewards. Best of luck!
