Time and patience is probably the hardest part, as you want things to be better in an instant, I know it all. But if you allow time to come into your life, let change happen, even if you're not okay with it, and you have a passion for shaping yourself for the future, I think you'll be fine. Not everything will happen automatically, so take your time. There is no rush for positivity and happiness.
