Spend about 200 hours on it! :D Well I made this Mastema White Reaper (best ranged attack), also made an Amdusias Hades so I could grab the excellent armour for it to put on this one (not shown here, that's for my killer build), went looking for weapons that raise the attributes I wanted then made lots of augments for weapon damage up/opening attack up, slayers etc.
