yhey i remember i play the game a lot so get pretty far in it , so one day when i whent to my dads i loged on and all my stuff was gone just like you!!!! all my little people all said share ownership!!!! what might had happened : when you pluge it up to a new t.v. it might restart!!!! the game might just be being mean by gliching!!!! :< :(
