Her garb is the uniform all the Sky Knight soldiers wear, so I wonder if they have teddies on theirs too? I never checked. Many of the other soldiers have uniform based on the asterisks too. The Black Blades have similar clothes to swordmaster and the Council soldiers do with Templar. There's also near every name being a pun and the characters/enemies from FF:4HoL.
