No, i think people are... 1: Lacking in knowledge of how to spell (Uneducated or to young) 2: Type very fast and dont proof read things 3. They really do have some mental or physical problem that prevents them from spelling correctly (more often than not the person who says they have this is lying, but have an open mind for the very slight possibility that this is the case.)
