After the first Star Door go to the far Left and flip to 3D and put in the codes that I stated above then go into the pipe and go to the far right and put in the second code and another pipe will pop up,go inside it and just keep going right until you see another pipe,go inside it and you will complete Chapter 5-1.(It has been a long time so if I didn't answer your question,i'm sorry)
