pathetically weak at full HP, but assuming it's at Level 100, at 1 HP its damage output would be more than 100 times what it would be normally. Yeah. (Only problem with this is that if Lucario is at 1 HP, it gets sniped off by any priority attacks, but this still pretty much guarantees a KO if you're good at playing around hazards, etc.) (OH WAIT LUCARIO GETS PRIORITY OF ITS OWN, NVM RIP)
