Biohazard I wouldnt say Nintendo as a whole sucks. Nintendo of Europe and Japan seem to care about there customers. I would say however that Nintendo of America is worthless though. They seem to only care about profits and playing it safe. Their customers needs seem like a huge burden to them. That is why I won't be buying anymore Nintendo consoles until I can bypass NOA by a region free console
