Talonflame is more worried about Rock Slide/Stone Edge, which are much more likely for Blaziken to run than Thunder Punch because it gets generally better coverage. Still, if Talonflame gets in safely it will always beat Blaziken one-on-one unless it's running Focus Sash, and even then entry hazards (which all offensive teams should have) take care of that.
