Some people legitimately have a hard time keeping their grammar in check. Not all users with proclaimed bad grammar have this level of English fluency because they're lazy, it's often because they don't practice it often enough to get a good feel of it. Now the people that capitalize the first letter of every word on the other hand... that just burns my cranium simply by thinking about it.
