Reasoning: Jiggs is VERY good at air combos, is hard to combo itself, and has a very good kill move in its' hair. Rest can be a surprise kill move, but is pretty unreliable overall IMO. Falco has very good recovery, has some great combos and kill moves, and a very good projectile with Burst Blaster (Third neutral-b custom, works like Fox's normal one), but I just think other characters...
