im soooo sorry >-< that happened to me.. i was drawing a great drawing. but i closed the lid [forgot to put it on charger] when i came back home.... it was dead. ;-; i never forgot to save from then on.. when looking at miiverse [internet fails and forces you to turn power off then on] to putting on charger ;o;
