Yes. Supreme Rulers of Miiverse wanted to rule Miiverse at first, but after encountering the GAM, they changed themselves. Most leaders in the GAM opposed of their allying, and sadly we didn't listen to them and they disbanded. I was too busy investigating Torn and Abyss/Pure to do anything if I remember correctly.
