Once you get the bow & arrow, sail to Northen Triangle Isle, get in the whirlpool and hit Cyclops with an arrow, this will get you the Song of Gales. With this, warp to Mother & Child Isles to get the Fire/Ice arrow upgrade. Sail to Ice Ring Isle and shoot a fire arrow into its highest point. Once thawed, beat the time limit to reach to the chest inside the cave. This chest holds the Iron Boots.
