He hasn't had good luck with psychologists and so isn't going to keep looking for a good one for him, and the absence is mostly a sleep issue. Probably some kind of sleep disorder. Very hard to treat. Both of these things are going to require him to find a good person in each field so he can get the help he needs. And he's kinda given up on doing that.Kinda makes sense.
