Ignore the moblin before these two as he's just a waste of rocks and make it over here. Now, these guys are tricky because they don't use weapons so you can't disarm them and beat them with said weapons. Instead, you need to have one of the moblins beat the other, leave the immediate area, and go look for rocks around the arena. Use the rocks to take the second one down and save Tetra.
