It's a very cool design! The problem of coming up with a good name 0_o Gray, purple, trailing scarf- martial arts look, dual night sticks... City dweller obviously yes? More Skyscrapers New York than Crime busted California... My money is on... "The Jersey Devil" or something in the vein of the legend of the black shuck! Love his mask too!
