You need to find three triforce charts but you might find one in the mail you need to beat cyclose first to get the ballad of gales so then fly to mother and child isles there you can get the fire and ice arrows then go to fire mountain or ice ring to get certain weapons that you need then go to the other islands to get the triforce shards
