well, looks like i'm not alone in this. I usually have this problem, but I usually just try to get something to destract me from doing so. Have you tried doing something else whenever you get the urge? @Chris. Don't worry about the teasing, I am at the same stage as you. my brother tease me too. I personally would take that as a compliment.
