Yeah I get heart palpitattons which is caused by stress or lack of sleep then I gasp because I'm out of breath and at times I feel dizzy so I have to stay away from tea and anything that has caffeine in it for a while. I'm just happy that what I'm going for after high school isn't going to be as stressful for me than most.
