@GreasyGreg I have called Nintendo about being perma'd before. The person I was talking to was really calm and nice, and I mostly said that my NNID was perma'd for an unknown reason. They eventually solved the problem, so I think they're fairly lenient. Also, they never stated a specific time when your NNID would be indefinitely suspended. They only said "a while."
