Ness has so many annoying moves. First, his up b (when used on self) kills at 40%... Pk Flash does 37% at full charge and kills early. Pk fire is just annoying. His back throw kills at 90% and above... Forward smash kills at 60-80%... up air is annoying, forward air combo is annoying too. Netral is fast and also kills. ect...
