You mean The Ballad of Gales? Get the bow && arrow Find Cyclos (i think its his name.) in the huge tornado thing. You may have to sail around for awhile to find it. You'll know the big tornado when you see it. Sail INTO the whirlpool/tornado thing. after cyclos laughs and you start sailing in a circle, Shoot Cyclos three times with your bow and arrow.
