The first sail is at Zunari's Shop on Windfall for 80 rupees. His shop is outside near the back of the Island. In this version, you can grab the the Swift Sail. To get it, you must go to the Winfall Auction House at night and hope that it is there to bid on. If it isn't, then you'll have to wait until the next night (or just play the Song of Passing).
