It took a while to get used to Teostra but he's safest if you stick close to him. For me I think the hardest part was that my 3rd fight against him was in Summertimes 140 GQ. So he hit harder than I expected. But as long as I stay near him now his obnoxious charge isn't an issue. When he does an explosion I move away and back towards him ASAP.
