Anyway, to provide something constructive... You can quite easily make traps yourself. You can combine a trap tool (bought from markets) with a thunderbug for a shock trap, or with a net for a pitfall trap. If you see the monster limp away, you can capture it. It means it's weak. It'll travel to its nest to rest. You could try capturing it while it's asleep.
