It depends, really. Partially on how far you are, and partially on what you like. Tetsucabra is a popular all-purpose choice due to bonusses to defense and health. While kinda ugly, I like Gypceros armour because it provides poison immunity (a LOT of monsters love to throw poison around) and halved stamina consumption. Anything sharpness-related is also excellent for Dual Blades.
