It's a clip with 2 captains. One will respawn on the ledge and slide to the fragment pile area, but the other stays on the ledge. From there, you can enter the cave with the Dusk Pustules. The clip is in the water, right between the wall and the platform you're supposed to throw a captain on to build the Mawdad bridge.
