Zamtrios is a particularly interesting example because he changes his defense and elemental resistances throughout the fight. Normally he takes pretty good damage across his body and is weakest to thunder. But while covered in ice, he takes less damage everywhere but his back fin (which is then his weak point) and is weakest to fire instead. And when he's puffed up, his belly is super vulnerable.
